Gotsu Totsu Kotsu tried to communicate with the audience: Anyone of you speak Japanese?

Audience: MARIA OZAWA!! MARIA OZAWA!!

Well, that’s one way to reach an audience the Japanese way. After keeping so hard not to lose my composure from Truth Be Known’s contagious performance in order to document things properly (which I seemed to fail eventually), Gotsu Totsu Kotsu stepped-in & wrapped-up Full Battle Order 2012. The Japanese death metal trio from Saitama, Japan, was ripping everyone’s appendages as they attracted onlookers buying last minute tickets to witness the event. With blistering scales running up & down the fretboard paired with brutal vocal passages, Gotsu Totsu Kotsu was a battering ram which led the audience to plead for more.

All shots were taken with 24mm 2.8D & 50mm 1.8D. I was running my shutter from 1/60sec to 1/125 sec while pushing my ISO to 6400. Aperture was also pushed wide open at f2.8 for the 24mm & f1.8 for the 50mm.

Full Battle Order was a ground-breaking event witnessed by the purest of all hardcore fans. While exiting through the venue, I was crossing my fingers hoping Mourning Sound will continue to uphold FBO & bring back this occasion in the years to come.
